Website Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Priority Skips website at priorityskips.co.uk ("the Site"). They are separate from our Terms of Business, which govern the booking and hire process itself. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to make a booking through the Site. The Site is intended for users in the UK.
3. Use of the site
You may use the Site to browse skip hire options, request quotes, and make bookings for lawful, personal or business purposes. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or any account
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material to the Site
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without our written consent
- Impersonate another person or provide false information when making a booking
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
4. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep information on the Site (pricing, availability, delivery estimates) accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or current at all times. Prices and availability shown on the Site are indicative until confirmed at the point of booking.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Priority Skips name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Priority Skips Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Third-party links and content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.
7. Availability and changes to the site
We aim to keep the Site available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change the Site, and these Terms of Use, from time to time.
8. Our liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Nothing in these terms affects the terms governing your actual skip hire booking, which are set out in our Terms of Business.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our use of your personal data and cookies is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
